Cancellation Policy

Train tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages once booked are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Requests for a cancellation or refund are subject to approval from the independent contractors like Airlines and Hotels. EliteTravel llc reserves the right to accept a cancellation or refund request.

Cancellations requests will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

In such instances where cancellation and refund is permitted as per the fare rules.

In such instances where it is possible to secure refunds from independent contractors.

In such instances where the customer is not a “no show”. No show refers to when a person does not reach the airport or the booked hotel on designated time without any prior notice.

All cancellation requests must go through a stringent process. Once the request has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. This is not a confirmation of your cancellation request; but merely an acknowledgement of the request. EliteTravel llc does not give any specified time within which the cancellation must be processed. You can use the tracking ID to check the status of your request.

All cancellation requests shall have to be approved by independent contractors. Once the Airline or a Hotel sends their approval, you will be notified with a confirmation email. After a cancellation request has been processed, it will take anywhere between 30-90 days for the refund process to be completed. EliteTravel llc reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee on certain services. The cancellation and refund fees are usually levied on a per passenger, per ticket basis.
